This is just a quick post, because it’s such a nice day out, I can’t stay inside!
The Cacao Tree in Royal Oak will be holding raw cooking classes this summer— four in all: making your own almond milk and flour, vegan taco meat and raw cinnamon rolls are among the courses offered. The restaurant’s dessert chef will be teaching the classes.
Zingerman’s Bakery in Ann Arbor has one more gluten-free baking class left, on July 24. I attended the class last week, and loved it. Great recipes, knowledgeable teacher and tasty baked goods.
