I could blame jet lag, but that’s only partially true. I am behind on writing— so here’s some photos of cats with food, until I can catch up on the traveling posts and recipes. Life has happened (in the form of a job hunt, flight overseas, visiting family and teaching.)  In the meantime, though, I’m on a friend’s couch and wrapping up loose ends in Michigan.

So. I am officially done with grad school, and starting a new job overseas in the fall. Woo! (This does make up for the couch surfing and working part time aspect.) And don’t worry: this blog will remain focused on both vegetarian foods in Detroit and overseas. I just need to catch my breath.
